"Need we be on a digital camera that can and fire from this first shot quickly." It is not often tracked statistics on an any site review, and no one seems to have this information for each camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us what can fire their first pics small digital cameras in under a second (ideally under half a second). It must be small, but most of the time, only really fast in operation. "Thank you!"
