New firmware version further authorised DSLRs to capture high resolution panoramas
PORTLAND, Oregon/United States - April 22, 2011 - A new is version of the firmware available for the awardwinning GigaPan EPIC Pro robot camera mount. New firmware gives photographers a wider range of functions, including the new settings to improve high dynamic ranges (HDR) imaging.

New firmware features include:
Exposure bracketing for HDR capture - works with the camera of AEB (auto exposure bracketing) firmware to capture multiple exposures per item. Brackets and exposure to separation in the 'bulb'-mode of the camera firmware not exceed.
Lock mirror dedicated setting - blur in photos prevents use larger, heavier lenses, where lack of resolution of optical magnification is reinforced.
Time display - shows the hours and minutes, which will take it, the epic Pro, a panorama to collect based on your settings. Ideal for time-critical drives, such as events, or when daylight is remaining limited.
Time lapse panoramas - you can capture a sequence of views over time with a new timer.
Additional ratios - offers custom values (0. 50: 1, 0.55: 1... 2.00-1) in addition to standard values: 1: 1, 3: 2, 4: 3, 16: 9.
