Apple sues Samsung for 'Copying', which iPhone and iPad

By Vlad Savov posted Apr 18 2011 4:04 PM Whoa! This must be just about the biggest in the world of big-time complaints. The Wall Street Journal reported that Apple has sued its iPad Tablet and iPhone smartphone Samsung Electronics to the copy of "the look and feel". This refers to the Samsung Galaxy S 4 G, which bears more than a passing resemblance to the iPhone 3 g / 3GS models, and the slightly less obvious epic 4 g, nexus S and Galaxy tab (probably the older 7-inch model, as the newer ones are not out yet) devices. The right to the intellectual property rights is as follows:
"place renew and develop its own technology and a unique style of its Smartphone chose products and computer tablets Samsung, Samsung copying Apple technology, user interface, and innovative style in these harmful products."
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in the Northern District of California, and seeks injunctions against Samsung, damages (actual and punitive), and the finding that the infringement was intentional. Not to mention, the rarest result in such legal wrangling for an actual judgement is to actually down, be handed so that a way with money is the greatest probability that this is just another round of reluctantly shaking hands and licensing of the other path leads, but still, it's fun to see, the big dogs barking at each other.

A further aspect of this procedure that should not be overlooked is that in the field of software it (again) income on iOS versus Android. If Apple Samsung more boring in the user interface calls, is more talk of Android's perceived imitation of the iPhone's interface as independent tweaks TouchWiz Samsung has struck at the top. And, if you're going to sue Google, no major player such as Samsung, outside the courtroom can leave you hey, it just would be fair.
