Nike + SportWatch GPS now on sale, adds $199 geek cred to your workout routine

We discovered the TomTom brands fitness watch at CES this year, and now is officially on sale-although unfortunately at a price far steeper than that of their immediate ancestors. Of course, the $199 band is not only a replacement for the Nike + iPod system, also, used it that onboard GPS to follow, much like the Nike + GPS app but without the need for an iPhone 4 around yourself do. Did we mention it's also a clock?
