now, after all the talk of TROs tweets and User Info for YouTube, it seems that the SCEA vs. Geohot litigation to a pretty uneventful end has come. According to Sony's PlayStation blog the case settled and Hotz has decided, a permanent injunction preventing that him his PS3 jailbreak hack ever again distribute. Obviously intimidated the man during this settlement the initial distribution has indeed, the jailbreak spirit from the bottle, and no court order ever back can put it.[Thanks to everyone who sent this in]
