Scientists propose a "journey to the mantle of the Earth"

Of course, the keyword is "beats" here, but the scientists, Damon Teagle and Benoit Ildefonse, say that we now have the technology and knowledge required to do so, and the drilling could begin by 2020, if everything as planned. They are but looking things in the way in, and already are planning an expedition to the Pacific as soon as next month, where they say they "continue be bore in the oceanic crust than ever before."
