Time Warner Cable brings discovery, Fox channels to its iPad app

The notable exception here is networks owned by Viacom, which it was not until last week in court. Were so far, other than at the announcement, that discovery and Fox channels again we are not in the position on the TWCable TV iPad app, something other than a no comment by anyone in the company involved.
